Cocktail Graffiti will gladly pay for free Ground shipping for every order valued over $100. However, should you return an item, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund.

**Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are handled on the Monday or the first working day after. (Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). Please note we do require 2-3 business days for production.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO
Cocktail Graffiti ships to addresses within the US, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Cocktail Graffiti is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).
Cocktail Graffiti is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
A package is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days for US orders and 21 business days for international orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.
Wrong or Incomplete Shipping Addresses
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery costs to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect. Please note that incorrect addresses may result in additional charges for the shipper if the carrier can not locate your address.
Request to Change Shipping Address
Once your order is placed, we will begin production. We will do our best to accommodate changes but it is not always possible to process address change requests before items are shipped. If you notice an error, please contact customer support immediately at email@example.com. Be sure to include your name and order number so we can attempt to make corrections to your order before it departs.
